Titan is designed for everyone from beginners to professional athletes, it has everything you need to reach your goals in an environment that isn't too crammed or busy (you can see our busiest time here)

 

Located just 2 minutes from the M3 in Eastleigh, near Southampton, with the best selection of gym equipment in the area hand-picked by us including:

 

- Free weights

- Plate loaded machines

- Stack weight machines

- Cardio machines including Stairmaster™

- A designated area for powerlifters and strongman athletes.

 

Beyond the gym we have

 

- Seating for food / drink / socialising

- Hot and cold food / protein shakes / pre and post        workout drinks

- Bean to cup fresh coffee

- Changing rooms with lockers and showers

- Disabled facilities

We believe that most budget gyms and fitness clubs care more about how many members they have and less about members well-being, here at Titan we provide a personal experience for all of our members and any advice when needed, all you have to do is ask.
